Merry Christmas, an image of young rosemary shoots covered in softly falling snow

This years Christmas card was inspired by a natural phenomenon that occurs in the colder parts of the world and that farmers in Siberia hope for over Christmas.  When fresh snow falls, tender new shoots are covered by the snow and are protected from the icy winds and frosty weather, which would normally burn the young vulnerable shoots. In this currently scorching weather down-under,  I can only daydream of a little cool, quietly falling snow…. magic.
